Editor: handle DELE subrecord at the end of a record

Currently OpenCS checks whether a "DELE" subrecord is present at the beginning of the record. But apparently the TES-CS can create files where "DELE" appears at the end of the record instead. In OpenCS the files can not be opened since the unread DELE flag screws up the next record.

At this moment we have found such cases for SoundGen records and Script records, it is unclear if this can happen for other records too.

A fix was already made to OpenMW in commit:b9dadff5, but not applied to OpenCS.

To reproduce download Sword Of Períthia (39 MB) from http://mw.modhistory.com/download-84-6976 and attempt to open SOPBeta1.4.esp.
