PC floats above ground

In the recent nightly (Win 64) I noticed that my character in loaded game appears to be taller than everybody else, soon I discovered it actually floats above ground a bit. This also happens to PC in newly created game. When I enter the cell I am being placet at correct Z height, then the character goes up and starts to float by itself. Can someone test this on unmoded version of the game?
