Blizzard effect visible under water
The blizzard effect is visible under water in OpenMW; in vanilla Morrowind it is virtually invisible as soon as you're under the water surface. The effect also suffers from the same problems I described in the snow effect bug report #2698 (closed)
Steps to reproduce:
- changeweather [YourRegion] 9
- Go underwater and observe
