Dialog about "law in morrowind" keeps repeating itself after pressing continue

When talking to Mivano Andrelo about "law in morrowind" I got a two-part message. When the second part is shown the "continue" option stays and keeps showing the second part when clicked. The gui is disabled at this point so I had to use a console command (ToggleMenus) to get out of it.

OpenMW version: 0.36.1 Linux Distro: OpenSuse 13.1
