Moving to Github

I've decided to move this repository to Github. The main reason being the lack of features with Gitlab:

• Gitlab CI/CD is a lot less powerful than Github Actions and it is a real headache to build Rust programs for multiple platform with a Gitlab pipeline.
• Pinning issues is not available on Gitlab
• Discussion forum is not available on Gilab
• (Dependencies) bots are not available on Gitlab

Some other reasons:

• Gitlab UI can be really confusing for newcomers
• Gitlab sometimes ask to me to solve a Google captcha to prove I'm not a robot when I'm connected to my account!
• There will be more contributions on Github

The fact that Gitlab is about to go public doesn't really encourage me to stay here. At this point I don't really have a reason to not choose Github for this project.
