Compile sources for Z88 Assembler workbench compiler tool chain

The current Z88CHess sources are using the old MSDOS z80asm assembler syntax format in DEFB and DEFM directives. Convert these into Mpm syntax format (replace & with , etc).

Implement compile scripts to generate Application Card binary (so that the executable code can be tested on OZvm emulator and flashed on real cards for the Cambridge Z88.
