Tags give the ability to mark specific points in history as being important

The shortlinks no longer show up as full links, and many small fixes.

Auto generated short urls are now made of adjective-name pair, instead of random string.

Added copy to clipboard functionality and  support for custom website url in shortlink.

There's a little bit of logging now. Some bug fixing and and convenience features were added as well.
