    This makes carbonOS's packaging consistent with other BuildStream projects. Also, the general
consensus seems to be that "build recipies" are not actually copyrightable, so trying to enforce
a strong license like GPL wouldn't make much sense. My intent with this change is to ensure that
it's perfectly clear that my build definitions are license-compatible with other BuildStream projects.
