User Perms

This version now drops permissions with a specified user. This way it is
harder to break out of the container since neither the tools, nor the
permissions will exist to do so in any immediateley obvious way. There
is still significant size to this container, however I hope to reduce
the size in future once we have what we desire.

Initial Dockerisation

This version holds the initial dockerisation of NvChad, and deployment
of the containers to our publicly accessible docker registry. Further
development is necessary to make it easier and more expedient to mount
and edit directories.
