Consolidate CIP testing process and document in a way it is repeatable (BV feedback)

Issue Background

We have received a general feedback from BV about current CIP documents which says CIP development and testing processes documentation is not sufficient. Also it lacks the clarity and repeatability.

Issue description

We need to improvise CIP testing documents as part of this ticket with following details.

1. What is CIP Testing process e.g. how it is performed, how and when testing begins and what is the input for testing process to begin.
2. What is the output after CIP testing is completed
3. As part of CIP testing what all types of testing is performed
