When running the exe program, a blank window flashed by

I found that when running an exe file on the Windows platform, a blank window flashes by before displaying my GUI window. When running on machines with poor performance, this blank window is more prominent. Can we cancel the display of only our own GUI window.

After the blank TK window above flashes by, the GUI window of the image itself will be displayed.
