Account for disconnected area in total sewer runoff.

Changing the disconnection factors leads, as expected, to changes in the sewer runoff from the individual components, however it did not lead to a change in the total sum of the runoff to the sewer system (`sum_r_swds`).
Calculated water flows and storage volumes in the UWBM are always expressed in depth (mm) per area for that component. It turned out that there was an error in the python code when converting the runoff in mm of the individual, connected, area (so dependent on the disconnection factor) into the total runoff in mm over the whole area.
This error did not have any further effect of the UWBM systematics and on any known prior projects.
