That is a template of an Azure Function App based on the Flex Consumption Plan. The pipeline deploys the function infrastructure and then deploys the code of the function to the newly created infrastructure.

In this project, we will create Quickstart templates to deploy Azure resources using ARM templates, Bicep, and Terraform. These Quickstart templates can be used to deploy a simple resource group to complex architecture.
