sumare (suitable managed realignment) is a framework to identify suitable areas for Managed Realignment using vector data of existing dike lines. The model was designed to identify suitable areas along the German Baltic Sea Coast thus is applicable to other areas. Since the framework is not built on open source libraries, a newer code is in process.
