Conda

An alfred workflow that allows you to create, list, and delete new conda projects.

The conda-env-manager (cenv) is a tool for python-development inside conda environments. The conda environments are created and updated from the dependency-definition inside the meta.yaml file of the projects. Cenv itself is a conda-package.

Install Singularity via Miniconda (which can be obtained without root privilege) to run a container image from DockerHub.
