This repository accompanies the manuscript "Antibody deficiencies in children are associated with prematurity and a family history of infections", published in Pediatric Research.

Full participant metadata can be obtained upon request and approval of a proposal.

The folder /Scr contains custom R functions that are in part used in the scripts. The folder /Scripts contains the R scripts that were used for analyses and to create the figures and tables in the manuscript. Scripts were run in R version 4.0.3.

This project provides optimal control and reinforcement learning implementations to optimize vaccination and testing resource allocation problems on networks.

We have implemented a number of source recovery algorithms for epidemics on networks.
