A pluggable back-end service for synthesizing speech from a variety of TTS services via a unified API.

A python speech-to-text library built on SpeechRecognition.

From a text input generate an mp3 file.

This is home automation talking assistant (like Jarvis or like Alexa).It allows to:

STT recognize voice commands - using Open CMU Sphinx library TTS speak via Amazon Poly, Microsoft Azure, espeak, marry tts controls KODI, Calendar, Weather etc.
