Skelebrainmaker is a "brain" maker for Skelebot's markov functionality.

All it does is read a bunch of tweets from a specified user and builds a model ("brain") of their tweets.

This creates a tweet-length markov chain when used in tandem with babelsalmon

A markov chain generating program. Takes in books, outputs a 140 character chain.
