This commit concludes the migration of the Fedora Badges docs repository
to the new GitLab home. This commit represents the original initial
commit made to this repository, on top of the changes that existed
previously in the dedicated Fedora Badges docs repo on Pagure:

https://pagure.io/fedora-badges/docs



With this commit in place, we can now unblock the other PRs and MRs so
that the Badges docs finally exist in one and only one place.
