Roll out new category direction page template - marketing categories only

We have updated the template for category direction pages after piloting the MVC version with the Dev Section PMs and iterating on it based on their feedback. We are now ready to roll it out to the entire product organization for marketing categories only - we will be working on a template for non-marketing categories next.

Roll out plan

The goal is to have all marketing category direction pages updated to the new template by the end of FY24Q2. Stage leaders are responsible for shepherding the updates for the categories in their purview.

Stage Leaders - Please add the gitlab handle for the the Product Manager on your team that is responsible for each category in your stage section.

Product Managers- Once you have updated your category direction pages to the new template, please check the box next to the category below and add any feedback that you have to the Feedback thread below so that we can keep iterating.
