Proposal - Split #team-member-updates into 2 channels

Not sure if this is the best place for this issue, but it was recommended in Slack. It's unclear too where the best MR for this would be as there doesn't seem to be a SSOT for when posts are made in the channels.

I'd like to propose splitting #team-member-updates into 2 channels: one for positive news around bonuses, promotions, and work annivesaries etc., and the other for departures and offboarding notices.

I've noticed for myself that checking the channel as it currently exists is stressful because I never know if the new post is going to be "happy" or "sad" news.

Perhaps we could have:

• team-member-departures
• team-member-news (was going to suggest team-member-positive but maybe that's too specific?)
