Licenses for GitLab Gem Dependencies

Results of gem list -d on a clean install of Ruby 2.1.9 and bundle install-ing in the GitLab CE directory: https://gitlab.com/connorshea/gitlab-ce/snippets/17211

I'm not a lawyer, I just know that MIT is 100% compatible with doing whatever we want with the gems. The Ruby license and the GPLs should be fine, as should the BSD and Apache licenses, but I'm not entirely sure. I'll let you figure that one out, @sytses.
