  • Partner Charter/Mission Statement
  • Strategic Initiatives that we need to get done (long-term) - prioritized (impact versus effort), owners, completion date
  • Tactical items (short-term) - prioritized (impact versus effort), owners, completion date
  • Onboarding checklist for partners - link to issue https://gitlab.com/malessio/OnBoarding/issues/1
  • Sales/Product onboarding for partners - link to issue

add whatever else you feel is relevant
