CRO Customer Discovery Meetings
Summary:
- We will conduct a series of customer discovery meetings to better understand our customers and get a common set of reference data we can use as a foundation for improvements to our customer journey.
- Sales regions will nominate customers for visits
- We can combine the customer visits with content that is valuable to the customer as appropriate (from product, product marketing, CS, etc...)
Format:
- These meetings will be conducted in person
- The questions be asked in a collaborative, live format
Target Customers:
- 10+ Current large enterprise customers (on different tiers of GitLab)
- 5+ Medium enterprise customers
- 3+ SMB customers
GitLab Attendees: One each from:
- CRO
- Sales Account team
- Customer Success
- Product Marketing
- Product Management
