Hey guys, we've been waiting to hear from anyone since last Friday to upgrade our license type and no one will get back to us via your contact form, your sales contact form, or via twitter.

Will someone please let me know how to upgrade our license type (we're already paid) without having to buy a second full license for our company? The account is under ops@help.com.
