Tracking Free GitLab.com Accounts in SFDC

We have free users of both self-managed Core and free GitLab.com, but only self-managed accounts are tracked in SFDC.

We should a) track these accounts/prospects and b) make sure they are identified as such in SFDC for sales and marketing purposes.
