When someone accidentally buys .com instead of self-managed,

The current process to resolve this is to have sales:

• create a new opp,
• Create a new quote,
• Secure a customer signature on the quote,
• Submit for approval,
• Answer all questions and concerns related to the new quote, license key delivery and usage.

This is quite time consuming and a zero iACV activity.
