Lead registration Partner vs SDR ??
Hi Sales-ops Team,
I think there is an area where we can improve the process.
Let's say if an SDR detect the lead first then the recognition will go to the SDR. We need to create a new Process where if a partner is logging an existing opportunity through the portal he will receive a notification saying he cannot get the lead registered because we have detected the opportunity first and that he won’t get is Partner Margin. The goal is to avoid having duplicate and giving credit to the SDR + Partner. And that’s the same if it’s on the other way.
