Buyer Challenges Brainstorm
One key element of TOPO's training is to focus on the challenges and needs of a prospect rather than on GitLab itself. We'll capture a buyer's attention if we mention challenges that resonate with their role/title/position or industry.
Our sales team has extensive collective knowledge about this, but it hasn't been captured in one place. Each of us probably have a different answer to this question based on our experience. The purpose of this issue is to:
- Share what key challenges our different buyers face
- Get us all on the same page
