Sign in on mobile home page

I guess we have a UX issue here. Below is what client has mentioned

There are a ton of sign up links but no sign in link to be found on the home page about.gitlab.com on mobile. 

That pretty aggravating when you have already signed up and then can't find how to log in from the HOME page. 

Once you click into the source code at the bottom it's located at the top. 

Why hide it, shouldn't that be one of the first things a user sees

The Hamburger menu is scrollable which is not easy to find. Below is the screenshot what user see when click on the menu with no sign in link.

I suggest as a good user experience if we can change the position of signin link on Hamburger menu or if there is any other way we can show this better.
