Download link is in header, but not in footer

I was on the GitLab web site earlier, looking for a download link from an unrelated page. Because I'm an idiot, I assumed that the footer was a superset of the header - that is, the footer would have every link the header did, and more. That meant I missed the download link for an embarrassingly long time, and had to resort to Google 😞
