SSL Certificate error when accessing pages on page.gitlab.com

Several users have reported SSL certificate errors when accessing pages on page.gitlab.com, I tried it using Google Chrome browser and experienced same error. An example is https://page.gitlab.com/20160913_UnveilingMasterPlan_ConfirmationLandingPage.html?aliId=28033307, which caused this error:
