Cannot trigger validation jobs from renovate fork pipelines

Renovate forks do not allow to trigger corresponding chart pipelines which becomes an obstacle for reviews and testing of proposed version updates. We need to consider options for enabling Chart pipeline execution without manually bringing in Renovate bot changes into canonical repo branch and running pipeline from there.
