Docs: create Quick Start guide

Summary

Create a Quick Start guide document that is concise but complete minimal configuration installation of the chart, with default values. The goal is to make it extremely simple to get a proof of concept up and running.

Details

This guide should include the minimal require steps to get a cluster, install the charts, get the assigned address into DNS, and sign the user into it.

We're not looking to go into gross details, explicitly because there are just so many nobs that it is daunting, and keeping people from getting a base understanding quickly.
