Use 'Releases' GitLab feature for Chart releases

Summary

The Releases page of the Chart project only lists a single release, v1.0.0 created 2 years ago.

Steps to reproduce

Open the Releases page of this project.

Current behavior

Only a single release is listed.

Expected behavior

All releases (see Tags) are represented. This would especially allow to subscribe to new Chart releases, which do not always necessarily correspond to GitLab releases.
