Document SSH limitation for GitLab Operator in UI for beta 13.10 release

SSH support for the GitLab operator has been removed as a requirement for the MVP release. However, text needs to be provided with the startup up the beta version of the operator in order for the operator beta to be successful, within the operator UI.

This issue is to track the appropriate UI changes to the operator.
