Follow-up from "Add Elastic Stack" - Add custom value spec

    We can do this as a follow-up : Can we please test an approriate configuration to set for custom config in test/managed-apps/elastic-stack/values.yaml, then add a test/managed-apps/elastic-stack/verify-custom to check that the custom value did take effect ?
