WalkRepos should handle a directory being deleted during file walking

service/internalgitaly.WalkRepos should handle a possible not exists errors. This can happen if a repository is deleted by another RPC during the file walk.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
