Include project path in dataloss output

Problem to solve

When I run the praefect dataloss command and I am using multiple virtual storages, I don't know which storage is suffering data loss, and I don't know which project the repository hashed id corresponds to. This means I need to do manual scripting/processing before I can share the data in a human readable format.

Proposal

Include the virtual storage and project path in the praefect dataloss output:
