Remove Ansible and Terraform custom installation scripts from this repository

!349 (merged) addressed unused fragments introduced in !90 (merged), residuals remain yet. Ansible and Terraform custom installation scripts are so stale.

Naive Terraform image (cf. !280 (merged)) is not in scope.
