Document recommended system configuration for running the GDK

Overview

When starting the GDK for the first time webpack gets killed when accessing the solution for the first time in the browser using a system with only 4GB of RAM.

Proposal (optional)

Document the recommended system requirement to run GitLab using the gdk.

Environment (optional)

• Operating System: Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS (multipass vm)
