Add Chrome & ChromeDriver to Vagrant

I was unable to run frontend tests- upon further investigation it appears Chrome and ChromeDriver aren't installed on the vagrant image.

I was able to install Chrome using;

wget -q -O - https://dl-ssl.google.com/linux/linux_signing_key.pub | sudo apt-key add - 
sudo sh -c 'echo "deb https://dl.google.com/linux/chrome/deb/ stable main" >> /etc/apt/sources.list.d/google.list'
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install google-chrome-stable

And ChromeDriver using;

cd ~
wget https://chromedriver.storage.googleapis.com/76.0.3809.126/chromedriver_linux64.zip
unzip ~/chromedriver_linux64.zip -d ~/
rm ~/chromedriver_linux64.zip
sudo mv -f ~/chromedriver /usr/local/bin/chromedriver
sudo chown root:root /usr/local/bin/chromedriver
sudo chmod 0755 /usr/local/bin/chromedriver

I'm sure these could be added quite easily to the deploy script?
