Introduce gdk pristine command

gdk pristine could be a command which forces a re-install of all dependencies and removes all temporary files.

  • Ensure gitaly/ruby gems are installed
  • Add suggestion to run gdk pristine at the end of gdk doctor
  • Run go clean -cache
  • Run yarn clean in gitlab/
