Include gitlab-org/gitlab-ui as part of gdk install/update

Overview

Include https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ui as part of running gdk install or gdk update. Currently there is no need to checkout a specific version, just master 🙂

This is to support gitlab!33275 (closed).
