Remove font ligatures from GitLab Docs

While reading the documentation for Continuous Vulnerability Scanning I noticed that the fi portion of configuration seemed to merge into each other. I posted this in #is-this-known where @afontaine mentioned that this was likely a ligature issue. I tested this by removing the ligatures from the header tag.
