offline installation of helm chart provide local chart filename (tar)

Investigate how a customer doing total offline configuration/deployment can set the helm chart filename that is pulled local.

Customer is using offline and wondering where to tell ansible to use a helm chart that’s been pulled down (as .tar.gz), I am looking at the environment_advanced_network doc that points to the (../ansible/roles/common/defaults/main.yml) file. I don’t see anything in there relating to this. Also checked environment_configureand maybe I am missing something here, but no helm package definition. Is there a way to set this?
