sidekiq count is incorrect

I run gitlab-ce on a small server at my home. To reduce RAM usage I reduced the number of sidekiq workers down to 5 which is more than enough for the very few users which use this gitlab installation. In the Monitoring -> Background Job page, the help message should say: If '[5 of 5 busy]' is shown.. instead of the default 25.
