"Request Access" button label is misleading
Summary
The "Request Access" button label is misleading. Newbie GitLab users are pressing this button on my GitLab group because they think it is required to get access to the repository even though my Group is public and my projects are public and they already have full access (excluding contributions - which requires Developer access). These are people that are non-contributors who press the button because they think they need to to get access.
