Disabled repository leads to "An error occurred while loading commit signatures"

Description of the problem

When I access the private repository https://gitlab.com/ciber-devops/academy-support-marketplace/ it displays the error An error occurred while loading commit signatures at the top of the page.

When I try to look at the commit history via https://gitlab.com/ciber-devops/academy-support-marketplace/commits/master I receive a 503 error.

The repo will not display my repo's ReadMe.md file.

Describe what you were doing right before the issue occurred.

Yesterday, at about 6:27 pm PT/9:27 GitLab.com time, I was using the WebIDE to create, then edit this file. The create worked fine. Then I noticed a typo and fixed it. Upon committing the change I received and error similar to The repository has changed since you started editing with a choice to continue or cancel. I think I chose cancel but I don't remember.

Afterwards these errors started appearing. I waited a day expecting that some internal transaction needed to complete and the state converge and the error would be resolved.

It's been 24 hours and these errors still persist.
