Suggesting changes on a line that is not part of an MR diff brings in actual HTML code of the element instead of the text involved

On clicking the "Insert Suggestion" button in the text editor, while commenting on a line that is not part of the MR diff brings in the HTML code used to render that line in MR widget (including <span> and other HTML tags) instead of the text in that line. See gif for details
